看戏。

Went to the film screening at SCAPE today. The first prize winner for FABLES 2008 was well-deserved, a short film of quality and with much thought put into it. =) Well done Team from NTU!

Just a suggestion though... take out the last bit.

The film could have ended more beautifully and subtly with the character still in the car, having listened to the birthday dedication. It'll also be much stronger... I think.

“老師嫁老大” was the highlight of the night. It turned out just... O...K... for me.

Been preoccupied with conceptualizing for FYP... It seems that I'm currently facing the prospect of a drying well for ideas. And the documentary... *HeEsh* Thus not in the best of moods recently... Oh well... So friends, pardon my constant zoning off... YiSheng's right I guess, the holiday did come at a good time.

Haha... I'm smiling a lot to myself these days... Kept seeing beautiful things and cute relationships amongst people that just makes me wanna smile.. A good sign. Alright... have to stop here for the night, with a song I'd say...

Where is the moment we needed the most
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost
They tell me your blue skies fade to gray
They tell me your passion's gone away
And I don't need no carryin' on

You had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day

(Oooh.. a holiday..)

Sometimes the system goes on the blink
And the whole thing turns out wrong
You might not make it back and you know
That you could be well oh that strong
And I'm not wrong...

- Excerpt from Daniel Powter's "Bad Day"

gooD Night!
